If a tree falls in a forest and no one is around to hear it, does it make a sound?

This section of the Meeting Report appears after the meeting ends, and shows which follow-up steps have been completed.

For those who couldn't attend the meeting (or those who ostensibly did but weren't really paying attention), follow up ensures that any notes and results from the meeting get distributed in a way that can be referenced and used later.

Steps completed

Here you'll see when the facilitator sent the follow-up email and published the meeting record to any integrated systems. If these steps are not complete, facilitators will see buttons to finish them.

Action items

This area shows the number of action items recorded during this meeting and their status. If an action item needs to be assigned or completed, facilitators will see a button to go and update these action items.
