Our premier offering for whole-company transformation

Our enterprise plan is our premier offering for customers looking to run better meetings across multiple departments and teams. Enterprise customers receive our most robust security, comprehensive features, and top-tier customer service.

Enterprise Benefits

Unlimited rooms & users

As many rooms and users as needed to be successful at a minimal per user cost.

Your brand, your process

Logos, colors and a dedicated URL reinforce your brand in meetings and invitations. We also work with you to fill your template gallery with meetings designed to support and reinforce your business processes.

Concierge On-boarding

Every Enterprise customer gets tailored on-boarding service, ensuring your team has the training needed to succeed.

Enterprise grade security

We use end-to-end encryption on a single database instance. We encrypt all in-transit data with 256-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) over TLS v1.2 with the ECDHE algorithm and 2048-bit key length. Our hosting partner is Amazon AWS which published a Service Organization Controls 1 (SOC 1) report, under both SSAE 16 and ISAE 3402 standards. Our Enterprise plan also allows you to use single sign-on via commonly used options.

Premium support

Along with priority response for support, we offer Enterprise grade SLAs and can assist with any security and technical reviews you may have.

Works with the apps you already use

Lucid Meetings is designed to ensure your meeting information flows seamlessly into the tools you and your team already trust. Everything is in the cloud, accessible anywhere and anytime. We also offer technical consulting services to connect Lucid to other systems on which your business relies.

When I meet with people working at large corporations that have their own meeting software, the reaction to Lucid is always, "Oh, this is so much better!" The best part is always sending the meeting follow-up email, which has all the notes and action items. This makes it so easy that it's basically automatic.
