New Lucid Meetings Subscription Rates: Great Meetings for your whole organization

We believe that meeting well is key to a successful team - to every successful team. Every team deserves an easy way to prepare for their meetings, track their action items, and maintain records. And unless your organization is very small, you have lots of teams.

We also believe that teams should not spend time trying to figure out how they're going meet, but rather why they need to meet and what they need to accomplish. Volume Subscriptions

We now offer discounted monthly subscriptions for 10, 25, and 50 meeting rooms in addition to the individual room subscription. There's still no contract nor obligation, so you can always change subscription level or cancel at any time.

Each full-featured meeting room provides a private place for a team to work, including both the collaboration and web conferencing tools they need to support all their meetings.

Free Toll Calling for Every Team

All meeting room subscriptions now include unlimited toll calling for up to 50 participants. Toll-free calling is available for the outstandingly low price of 5ยข per minute.

This may not sound like a big deal to many of you. When we first started work on Lucid Meetings, we didn't know a lot about phone conferencing either, because we always just used the number we were assigned without paying any attention to the associated costs. For those rare occasions when we needed a bridge for a personal project, we'd use one of the many free calling services and accepted the call quality issues as understandable given the price. As we dug into how professional remote meetings work, though, we realized that the cost of a quality call often vastly exceeds all the other meeting costs combined. Yowza.

As a result, we've spent the past 9 months researching and testing conference calling options. We're really happy to now provide one that combines excellent call quality and extremely competitive rates. We've also extended our conference call features to include call recording, for those times when reliving the moment in glorious MP3 is a must.
